Conditioning Module for oil is designed for engine testbed according to the China automotive engine test GB standard. The system will supply the engine oil with the stable pressure and 50~110℃±2℃ temperature to the gas engine. There is a good safety, which is not affected by the engine’s work condition and the variational environment temperature.
机油温度控制系统是根据国家汽车发动机试验GB标准的要求而专门设计用于发动机台架试验。此系统可为内燃机提供压力稳定且温度为50~110℃±2℃的机油温度控制。具有良好的安全性,并且不受发动机的工况及环境温度变化的影响。
The compact Oil Conditioning System EME340 for engines up to260kW-500KW is responsible for maintaining the temperature and pressure of the engine‘s oil at a preselected value. The PID control function is carried out by the test bed host or PID meter.
结构布局紧凑的EME340机油温度控制系统,可以达到260KW-500KW发动机负责维持温度和发动机的润滑油在预选值压力。PID控制功能可以由试验台主机或PID仪表进行。
The primary systems can be used for the quick preheating of the oil and the control or limitation of the pressure at the engine inlet.
The conditioning system consists of a basic unit for temperature control. Additional modules (options), integrated oil circuit related according to requirement, facilitate the adaptation of the system to different applications. Furthermore the unit can be used as an external oil supply system, as well as for oil sump conditioning.
系统可以进行机油的快速预热,并能够对于机油进油压力在一定范围内进行调节。该系统包含较多的可选项,基础系统仅仅为机油温度冷却、控制所提供,集成油路相关根据要求,便于系统的不同应用的适应性。该装置可以用来作为一个外部的润滑油供给系统,以及对油底壳的空调。
The System is designed for engine tested. The system is designed to moveable structure, in order to easy maintenance, operation, control for user. It will be place to a suitable position beside the test engine, it can’t be far to the engine, in order to avoiding the long oil pipe, because the heat loss much will affect the measure value of the sensor.
机油温度控制系统用于发动机台架试验。考虑到用户使用和维护的方便以及控制的需要,此系统设计采用了可移动式结构;可以放置在试验发动机侧的任意适当的位置 ,但距离试验发动机不宜太远,避免机油管路过长,热量损失引起的传感器测量偏差。
